The website states “contactless move-in” and “rent online, skip the counter, and go straight to your space” so I completed everything online and attempted to stop by the front when I first got to the property only to find the door locked and the lady working there could see me but didn’t open the door or even bother telling me to wait so I went to my car and proceeded to the gate since I had my code and unit number already. Apparently this was a mistake as the lady in the front then decides to come to the door to very rudely tells us to drive our car back to the front that she didn’t know how we were even back there….. she was so rude and very unprofessional. Refused to give me her managers name or number or how to contact him. Horrible experience and I will not be coming back or renting from this place
